Five stars because everything about my experience with Matthew’s Hauling was wonderful! After my initial contact, Matthew responded quickly, got detailed information about what I needed done and answered my questions. He then called back to schedule a time and called again day of service to let me know when he was on the way. They did a very thorough job and double checked before leaving that they had removed what I wanted them to remove. The whole time they were very nice and polite and made it a very enjoyable experience. And all at a very reasonable price! I will definitely call them anytime I need help in the future!

Matthew came by today to take a bunch of large boxes and trash for me. He was on time, very polite and friendly. At the last minute, I asked if he could take a couple of other things, and his response was "no problem". I highly recommend using him for anything you need hauled away.

They were efficient, friendly, respectful of my Dad's property, his neighbors and the apartment complex where Dad resided. I was able to get a quote and schedule a pick (couch, love seat and ottoman) up over the phone. Matt and I stayed in touch while I was awaiting delivery date/time, and he arrived today on time. He and his coworker were pleasant to work with and I can vouch for his reliability.

Matthew’s Hauling should be your 1st call if you live on the Broadneck Peninsula. I had a couple Facebook Marketplaces fall through and an outrageous quote from the other guys. I texted Matthew on 23 Jan and he was here today, 1 day later and just ahead of our monster snowstorm. He relieved so much stress and stuck to his original, very reasonable quote even with me adding extra items and having to troubleshoot to get a sleeper sofa out of the basement. I cannot recommend this business highly enough!

He’s always on time, charges a fair price, and is genuinely willing to help no matter the scope of the job.
